Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this question, prior to service we road test vehicles in an attempt to identify any "noises", "misfires", slipping/worn clutches, etc, but not all problems are linked or related to service parts or checks and will require more investigation when booking in your vehicle the easier it will be to trace (hopefully).
