Should we find any faults with your vehicle, would you prefer us to tell you about them or leave them unnoticed? after all that is what you are paying for, so would it be better for us to tell you that your brakes are defective or wait until you cannot stop. This is not an acceptable or professional way to operate a business and you would rightly complain should we fail to inform you of any defects.
